We use your data solely to provide the Vetralytics service — to sync your trade history, generate analytics, and surface insights. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email addresses and passwords for all three brokers (Pocket Option, IQ Option, and Quotex) are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption before storage. Credentials are used only to authenticate with your broker and retrieve trade history. Vetralytics is read-only — it cannot place or modify trades on any account.
We retain account data while your account is active. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing support@vetralytics.com. Requests are processed within 14 days.
All data transmission uses HTTPS. Credentials are encrypted at rest. We conduct regular security reviews. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@vetralytics.com.
We use session cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact support@vetralytics.com for any privacy-related request.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed by Stripe. Free trials run for 14 days — you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before trial end to avoid any charge. Refunds are available within 7 days of being charged — email support@vetralytics.com.
By connecting a broker account (Pocket Option, IQ Option, or Quotex) via your email and password, you grant Vetralytics read-only access to your trade history. Vetralytics cannot and will not place, modify, or cancel trades. You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analytics or insights. Past performance shown in your dashboard does not indicate future results.
Vetralytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from use of the Service.
